General Membership Meeting

June 10, 2008 general membership meeting was held with 4 trustees elected to fill a term running until June 30, 2011; Janet Meyer, James Scruta, Tom Baughman, and Peg Mossing.

Board of trustees meeting later elected Jodie Howe- President, James Scruta- Vice Pres., Peg Mossing- Secretary, and Tom Moriarty- Treasurer . 

Alumni Association Golf Scramble

The Napoleon High School Alumni Association golf outing was held on July 19, 2008. Purpose is to raise funds for the scholarships that we award. We also use funds for donations of items to the schools on a request basis. This past school year, we gave out 4 $1,000 scholarships, $2,000.00 was donated to Ladycat softball for their restroom project and $1,100.00 was used to purchase a "Wildcat" bench for the front entrance to C.D. Brillhart.

Results of event: 4 teams tied at 4 under, scorecard playoff for first 3 places.

1st place-Chad Lauharn, Mike Lauharn jr., Mike Lauharn Sr., and Matt Willeman.

2nd place- Bruce Helberg, Chris Helberg, Cole Schlosser, Shane Patacca, and Kevin Cordes.

3rd place- Jeremy Shafer, Aaron Kane, Barry Damman, and Todd Kruse.

Longest drive # 8- Todd Kruse
Ladies- Closest to pin # 3- Joan Baughman
Longest drive # 4- Carol Small
All players- Longest putt # 9- Drew Small 
Closest to pin # 6- Dean Hitts 
50/50 winner was Drew Small, who graciously donated his winnings back to the association.

Hall of Fame Gathering

Will be August 29, 2008 at the Legion Annex to honor the new inductees to the Hall of Fame.
